Three ways to apply for a Singapore student visa
Those who apply to study in Singapore should obtain an invitation letter and Form 8 form from Singapore before entering the country, and then apply for a passport at the place of residence. After the passport is completed, you can apply for a visa at the Singapore Embassy in China.
There are three ways to apply for a Singapore student visa:
1. Send the completed Form 8 and a copy of the first 10 pages of the valid passport to the inviting party. The inviting party (guarantor) will apply for the entry permit for the applicant at the Singapore Immigration Bureau. The pass is passed to me as my entry document. The guarantor in Singapore will submit the original pass to the Singapore Immigration Checkpoints. After the overseas students arrive in Singapore, the checkpoint will check the fax copy of the pass they hold, issue a special pass, and ask them to apply for a work pass from the Singapore Immigration Bureau. Apply for a visa. The pass must have the approval number, the stamp of the immigration office or the signature of the immigration officer, and the name and passport number of the student studying abroad.
2. If the overseas student has not received the pass, but has been informed of the approval number, he can apply for an entry visa at the visa office of the Singapore Embassy in China with the invitation letter, the completed Form 8 form, the original passport, and the passport photo.
3. Apply for a visa on a separate sheet: The applicant sends a copy of the first 10 pages of the passport and the completed Form8 form to the inviting party to apply for a visa on a separate sheet for the applicant at the local People’s Bureau (the visa is on the copy of the passport), and then send it to the applicant. The applicant can enter the Singapore border with a separate visa (of course, he must also go through the exit procedures with his valid passport, exit card, international travel health certificate, etc.).
